Emergency dental

That’s why Somerville Family Dental Care is open longer hours, so we’re available for you when you need us. We are also happy to try and accommodate you outside our regular business hours if necessary.

Unlike other Emergency departments, we will never charge you extra for a dental emergency, and we won’t charge extra because it’s the weekend. In some cases we provide conscious sedation using a self-administered Penthrox™ Inhaler to help give our patients an even better experience. It is very safe, you are awake and perfectly able to communicate and interact with us during the session, and you are fully recovered after 20 minutes.

As for any medical procedure some precautions and considerations need to be taken into account for every particular case.
